Black Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. black beans
    1 green pepper
    2/3 c. oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    dash of cumin
    dash of oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 bay leaf
    2 tsp. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. white wine
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    rice
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight.
    Drain.
    Cook beans in 10 cups water with 1/2 chopped green pepper.
    Saute beans in 2/3 cup oil with chopped onion and remaining 1/2 green pepper, chopped.
    Puree one cup of beans.
