Butterscotch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 egg yolks
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and brown sugar. Slowly add milk. Cook, stirring constantly, to boiling. Beat egg yolks and stir in some of cooked mixture. Add to remaining mixture and bring to boil. Add butter. When thick, remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue.
