Smoked Salmon Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoked Sockeye Salmon
    1 6 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. chives (chopped onions)
Preparation
    Remove skin and finely shred the smoked salmon.
    Add softened cream cheese in small chunks.
    Process all ingredients in a food processor.\tPepper to taste.
    Enjoy on crackers, bagels or bread.
