Pineapple Chicken Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/8 c. oil
    1 c. chopped onions
    3 c. chopped celery
    1 (14 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/2 c. water
    salt
    1 (No. 2) can bean sprouts
    black pepper
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 1/4 c. cubed chicken
    1 can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Heat oil in large saucepan.
    Add onions, celery, bean sprouts, drained pineapple, bouillon cubes dissolved in water, salt, pepper and brown sugar.
    Cover and bring to a boil.
    Mix cornstarch with soy sauce.
    Stir in vegetable mixture.
    Add cooked, cubed chicken and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes.
    Serve over chow mein noodles or rice.
