Cindy'S Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    6 oz. milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    2 c. prepared rice
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    4 oz. sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Cook broccoli as package directs. Combine all ingredients together in large casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
