Kraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 large can kraut, drained
    1 large onion, sliced thin
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 large green pepper, diced
Preparation
    Mix together first 4 ingredients and boil 1 minute.
    Then cool.
    Mix remaining ingredients together.
    Chill dressing and vegetables before mixing together.
    Will keep refrigerated several days.
