Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
    1/3 c. melted oleo or butter
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1/8 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp; drain and crumble.
    Beat eggs, biscuit mix, butter or oleo, milk, salt and pepper until smooth.
    Pour into a 9-inch or bigger pie plate or oblong baking dish.
    Sprinkle bacon and cheese over top.
    Press gently.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
