6 oz. pkg. butterscotch morsels
1/4 c. butter
1 c. light brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
Melt butterscotch morsels over hot (not boiling) water; add 1/4 cup butter and melt it.
Remove from heat.
Stir in 1 cup light brown sugar, packed. Cool 5 minutes and then stir in eggs, vanilla and flour sifted with baking powder and salt.
Stir in nuts and bake in 350\u00b0 oven.
