Whoopie Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. 10X sugar
1 c. marshmallow fluff
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. milk
Preparation
-
Spread on flat side of one cooled cookie.
Top with a second cookie.
Variation:
Substitute 3/4 cup pumpkin for cocoa, add 1/2 c. more flour.
