Mazetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. noodles
1 lb. hamburger
2 Tbsp. butter
1 large onion, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3 cans tomato soup
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Cook and drain noodles.
Brown hamburger and add to noodles. Saute onion and celery in butter until tender and add to noodles and hamburger.
Stir in rest of ingredients, except cheese.
Pour into a 3-quart casserole.
Top with slices of Velveeta cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
