Pumpkin-Peanut Butter Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    2 or 3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 1/4 c. stewed pumpkin
    1/4 c. peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Saute celery
    and
    onion
    in butter or oleo.
    Add flour and stir until slightly browned.
    Add chicken broth, pumpkin, peanut butter,
    milk,
    salt
    and
    pepper.\tLet come to rolling boil and serve.
    Makes 1 quart.
