Easy Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1 egg white
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 jar beef gravy
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix thoroughly beef, onion, bread crumbs, egg white and garlic.
    Firmly shape into 6 oval patties.
    Spray 10-inch skillet with vegetable cooking spray.
    Over medium high heat, cook 3 patties at a time until browned on both sides. Remove patties and set aside.
    Stir in gravy and mushrooms.
    Heat to boiling.
    Return patties to skillet.
    Reduce heat to low. Cover, simmer 20 minutes or until done, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot noodles.
    Serves 4 to 6.
