Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    4 eggs, beaten well
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. chopped pecans
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    2 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Mix sugar and salad oil together.
    Add well beaten eggs and mix well.
    Combine dry ingredients and stir in.
    Mix until smooth, add chopped pecans, pineapple and grated carrots.
    Bake in two or three 9-inch or oblong cake pans at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
