Corn Dog Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. thinly sliced celery
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. sliced green onions
1 1/2 lb. frankfurters, cut into thirds and quartered lengthwise
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. ground sage
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. (15 oz.) cornbread mix
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Butter a 3-quart oblong baking dish. In a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, saute celery in butter or margarine for 5 minutes.
Add green onions and saute 5 minutes longer.
Transfer to a medium bowl.
