Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    5 medium potatoes, unpeeled and cut into 1/4 inch slices
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients; stir well.
    Roll potatoes in flour.
    Layer slices in a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish. Top with melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
