Stag Chili(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. instant onion or 1/4 c. chopped
2 (16 oz.) cans dark red kidney beans, drained
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. chili seasoning
1 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
-
In 4-quart casserole, cook meat, green pepper and onion on High for 5 minutes, or until vegetables are tender, stirring once. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover.
Cook on High for 15 minutes, stirring once.
Makes 6 servings.
