Miniature Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 garlic clove
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 lb. lean ground chuck or ground turkey
Preparation
    Combine the soy sauce, water, minced garlic and nutmeg in a bowl; stir to blend.
    Add the ground meat; mix lightly but thoroughly.
    Form into meatballs 1 inch in diameter.
    Arrange in a lightly oiled baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Place on a heated tray or in a chafing dish.
    Serve with toothpicks.
    Makes 24 meatballs.
