Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 c. buttermilk (room temperature)
pinch of baking soda
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
Preparation

Dissolve baking soda in buttermilk. Put flour and sugar in a large bowl and mix well. Dissolve yeast in water and add to milk mixture; mix well. Add oil and mix again. Cover with wet warm cup towel and leave about 1 hour or until doubled in bulk. Punch down. Pinch off some and place on floured board. Add enough flour to make pliable. Roll out and cut. Place in oiled pan and let rise for 1 hour. Bake at 450\u00b0 until done.
