Southern Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. pork roast
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1 onion
pepper (optional)
no salt
Preparation

Roast the pork for 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
Remove and cut up into small pieces (remove any fat).
Add can of tomato soup.
Cut up onion and add it.
Mix the brown sugar, wine vinegar and barbecue sauce (to taste).
Stir all ingredients.
Bake for 2 hours in covered casserole dish at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
When done, mash with potato masher.
Serve with cole slaw on large warm buns (optional).
