Ridge Runners Apple Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

dried apples
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
small amount of milk
Preparation

Stew up dried apples and sweeten to taste.
Add enough milk to soften apples.
Mash into pulp.
Add egg yolk, cornstarch, flavor with vanilla.
Cook until slightly thick.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 325\u00b0.
Sprinkle with cinnamon before baking. Bake until it has a solid consistency.
