Baked Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 ears fresh corn
    1/4 tsp salt
    Dash of pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 cup milk
    1 Tbsp margarine
    3 to 4 crackers, crushed
    Paprika
Preparation
    Scrape kernels and juice from ears of corn.
    Combine corn, salt, pepper, eggs, and milk; mixing well.
    Spoon into greased 1 quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
    Dot with margarine.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
    Serves 4.
