Salmon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pie crusts
    1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
    1 small onion
    1 egg
    1 (large) can salmon
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Prepare mashed potatoes as you usually do with milk.
    It's a good way to use leftover potatoes.
    Chop onion fine; add 1 egg, salt and pepper to taste.
    I don't use salt.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell and top with second crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour until golden color.
    Serve with creamed peas.
    An excellent meal.
