T-Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    3/4 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar, then add egg, shortening and vanilla. Mix well.
    Add pecans.
    Roll into small balls and place on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until very light brown.
