Baked Swiss Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese, divided
    1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Melt oleo in saucepan.
    Blend in flour; add onion, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Cook until smooth and well blended.
    Stir in 1 cup cheese until melted.
    Place beans in 1-quart baking dish.
    Pour sauce over beans.
    Sprinkle with remaining cup of cheese and paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
