Diabetic Flower Garden Cake(Calories: 186) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-inch section of 8-inch diameter angel food cake
    1/8 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 egg (50 grams)
    1 envelope saccharin-sweetened lemon gelatin
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. whipped cream
Preparation
    Beat egg yolk and mix well with the lemon juice and water. Cook a few minutes in a double boiler until the mixture coats a spoon.
