Deviled Tuna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. bread crumbs or crumbled crackers
2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1/2 (7 1/2 oz.) can tuna fish
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chili sauce
Preparation

Mix the butter or margarine in saucepan.
Add the flour; blend well.
Pour into a buttered baking dish or into individual dishes. Cover with bread crumbs or crackers mixed with 2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine.
Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes, or until brown.
Serves 4.
