Ingredients

3/4 c. shortening
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. molasses
2 tsp. soda
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Chill before baking approximately 1 hour.
Roll into small balls, then roll in sugar. Bake for 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
