Chocolate Eclaire - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large cool whip
1 large vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 box graham crackers
1 tub chocolate icing
Preparation

Mix pudding according to box.
Blend in sour cream and cool whip.
Layer in dish starting with crackers, pudding, crackers, pudding until dish is full.
Final layer crackers.
Put icing in microwave for about 30 seconds or until pourable.
Pour chocolate on top and put in refrigerator until chocolate is set.
