Cheese Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes (white)
1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 large onion
3/4 c. water
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Layer a 1-quart casserole with sliced potatoes and diced onion.
Heat can of cheese soup and water until well blended. Pour over potatoes and onion.
Slice margarine over top and sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper.
Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Uncover the last 30 minutes and lightly lift potatoes up through casserole.
