Cheese Balls(Appetizers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can biscuits
    40 small squares cheese, cut up (Cheddar or Velveeta)
    1 jalapeno, cut up very small
    hot oil for frying (at least 2 to 3 inches deep)
Preparation
    Cut biscuits into fourths.
    Put a piece of cheese and a piece of pepper on each.
    Pinch together to close edges.
    Deep fry until golden brown.
    Makes a great appetizer for kids.
