Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 large can sauerkraut (shredded)
1/2 c. oil
1 c. chopped bell pepper
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Heat sauerkraut, sugar and oil until hot through and through. Add onion, celery and bell pepper.
Heat all together.
Keep in refrigerator.
