Fresh "Apple Harvest" Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. chopped, peeled apples
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large bowl, combine sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs.
Beat well.
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add to mixture.
Blend well.
Fold in apples and pecans.
Pour batter into greased and floured 12 cup fluted tube pan.
Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Let cool 15 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Cool completely on rack.
