Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. or 2 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 apples, finely diced
    2 oranges or 2 cans mandarin oranges, finely diced
    1 c. diced pecans
    2 small or 1 large pkg. strawberry jello
    1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Grind cranberries (save juice).
    Drain all juice from pineapple and add to cranberry juice.
    Add enough water to make 2 cups to dissolve jello in.
    (Heat liquid, dissolve jello, then cool jello liquid in fridge before adding to relish.)
    Mix all together and keep in fridge.
    Do not freeze.
    Will keep for about a month.
