Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. of coconut
    2 cups milk
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    4 eggs
    1/2 cup self-rising flour
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 stick melted oleo
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar and flour together.
    Add milk, coconut, vanilla and oleo.
    Bake at 350C for 30 - 35 minutes.
    Makes its own crust.
    Makes 2 pies.
