Crunchy Cheese Rounds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. margarine, softened
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/8 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    2 c. crispy rice cereal
Preparation
    Blend cheese and margarine in large bowl.
    Sift flour, sugar, cayenne pepper and salt into mixture; add remaining ingredients. Work dough with pastry blender or hands.
    Pinch dough into small balls 1-inch in diameter.
    Place balls on ungreased cookie sheet and press down with palm of hand or fork, into small circle.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 12 minutes, until golden brown.
    Cool on wire rack and store in sealed container.
    Handle gently.
    These are very crisp.
    Yield: 11 dozen.
