Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    flour
Preparation
    Stir sufficient flour into slightly beaten egg to make very stiff dough.
    Add salt.
    Knead and roll as thin as possible.
    Cover with a towel and let remain untouched for half an hour.
    Then cut in small strips and dry.
    When needed, place in boiling water for 15 minutes.
