Marinated Chilled Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. new potatoes (marble size is best)
    1/4 c. garlic wine vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. consomme
    1/3 c. saki or white wine
    1 Tbsp. tarragon
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender.
    Drain and slice, if necessary. Combine other ingredients and whisk well.
    Pour over warm potatoes and toss gently.
    Refrigerate.
