Pizza Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 c. instant mashed potato flakes
    1 1/4 c. melted margarine
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
    1 large onion, diced
    5 or 6 large mushrooms, diced
    1/2 sweet red pepper, diced
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    2 cloves garlic, mashed
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    6 oz. tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. Sloppy Joe seasoning
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine melted margarine, flour, potato flakes, milk, oregano and Parmesan.
    Stir until it forms a ball.
    Knead a few times to smooth out the dough.
    Divide in half.
    Press half into bottom and up sides of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Do not leave any holes for filling to leak through.
