Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, baked
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 2 oz.)
    1/3 c. milk
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    In medium mixing bowl, combine scooped out potato, Cheddar cheese, milk, egg, butter, salt and pepper.
    Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until smooth.
    Spoon an equal amount of potato mixture into each shell.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Arrange on baking sheet.
    Microwave at High for 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes.
