Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cut up
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 c. rice
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Mix uncooked rice with soups.
    Pour in a baking dish and layer onions and mushrooms on top.
    Add chicken, salt and pepper.
    Cover with tin foil and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until chicken is done, approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
