Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage
1 medium size green pepper
1 medium size onion
1 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1 c. vinegar
2/3 c. salad oil
Preparation

Chop the cabbage, green pepper and onion; mix well and refrigerate.
Mix together the sugar, salt, dried mustard, celery seed, vinegar and oil; boil until the sugar is well dissolved. Let cool and then pour over the cole slaw mixture.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
