Glorified Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
    1 can (10 1/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In skillet, cook chicken in hot oil over medium heat 10 minutes or until browned on all sides.
    Spoon off fat.
    Stir in soup and pepper.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover; simmer 35 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender, stirring occasionally (approximately 45 minutes cook time).
