Shoga-Yaki (Ginger Pork) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. sliced pork
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sake
    1 tsp. mirin (sweet wine)
    1 Tbsp. ground ginger
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except pork to make sauce.
    Coat pork with sauce and let stand for 15 minutes.
    Heat oil in skillet, and stir-fry meat with sauce.
