Sour Cream Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shortbread cookie crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    14 oz. condensed milk
    4 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine crumbs and butter; press firmly on bottom of 10 to 13-inch cake pan.
    In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
    Gradually beat in milk until smooth. Beat in eggs, then sour cream and vanilla.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until lightly browned around edges (center will be slightly soft).
    Cool.
    Chill.
