Elvis Presley'S Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie crust (unbaked)
1 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, cream together the peanut butter and vanilla.
Gradually add the sugar and salt, blending well.
Add the eggs and milk.
Blend thoroughly.
Turn the filling into the pie crust.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce the heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 25 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack.
Makes 6 servings.
