Sweet Potato Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium potatoes, baked
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. sifted flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon
    3 eggs
    1 small can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and mash with melted margarine.
    Beat in sugar, flour and flavorings.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
    Add milk; beat and then pour into two unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
    Makes two 8-inch pies.
