German Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) German sweet chocolate
1/4 c. butter
1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch or 6 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 pie shells
Preparation

Melt
butter
and
chocolate on low heat.
Blend.
Turn off heat.
Add milk and set aside.
Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt, eggs,
vanilla
and chocolate mix.\tPour in pie shells. Combine coconut and pecans.
Sprinkle over pie.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Cover with foil last 15 minutes.
