Brunch Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

sliced, cooked ham
sliced Swiss cheese
8 eggs
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
white and black pepper
Preparation

Spray a large flat 9 x 13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Put a thin layer of sliced, cooked ham (cut in small pieces) on bottom of dish.
Layer Swiss cheese on top.
Break eggs over cheese.
Prick yolks and let run.
Gently pour whipping cream around eggs.
Bake in a preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Season top with white and black pepper.
Bake 10 minutes longer.
Let set 10 minutes before serving in 6 large slices.
