Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/2 salad oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten until fluffy
1/2 chopped pecans or walnuts
2 (15 oz.) junior size baby food carrots
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Mix oil, sugar, eggs and carrots. Then add flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour into well-greased tube pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
