Imperial Crab - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. backfin crabmeat
2 Tbsp. white sauce
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. green peppers, chopped fine
1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
1 Tbsp. capers
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
bread crumbs for topping
dash of Worcestershire sauce
dash of hot sauce
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cook green pepper and onions until soft in butter.
Mix egg and other ingredients all together with cooked onions and peppers. Put in ramekins and top with bread crumbs and melted margarine or mayonnaise.
Bake 15 minutes at 475\u00b0.
